I want to be a Body Transformation “guru” starting in my local area and then expanding onto the web creating a world much like you have where you’re “famous / a guru” but only to the people that know who you are. Much like a Dan Kennedy or a Russell Brunson.
I have my own body transformation system with names for every part and even their pain.
Background/My Story
I’ve been overweight my whole life and at 40 years old I stumbled across a sales page selling kettlebells by Pavel Tsatsouline at Dragon Door. He said I could use kettlebells to lose weight and transform my body without doing cardio or restrictive diets so I bought some kettlebells.
After that I bought programs from a few others, I did my Crossfit Level 1 certification, my Personal Trainer certification and I spent 14 months and over $10k travelling the country getting certifications and doing workshops while developing my program.
After 30+ years of failing again and again, I lost over 83 pounds and have kept it off for 16 years and counting without it taking over my life.
Background: I was a divorced dad of 2 young boys, I was a partner in a tool & mould business that ran 24/7, picking up my kids was a 1 hour round trip and I wanted to take part in my boys’ activities and be a good dad…
Plus:
One hour workouts were out of the question. No time, no energy. Too boring.
Restrictive diets were out of the question. No time, Client dinners, meetings, long hours and unpredictable schedule, healthy meals delivery services didn’t exist. Plus LOTS of stress and I was a stress-eater/drinker.
But I still wanted to lose weight and feel good about myself and at 40 years old after spending thousands of dollars trying every program, pill and powder since the late 1970’s – it was looking mighty grim for me.
Then I made my discovery and at 40 years old, lost over 83 pounds and have kept it off for 16 years and counting (except for a little 30 pound blip in March 2020 when my gym was locked down for 16 weeks).

I should note, this is for regular people who just want to lose some weight, feel better and more confident in themselves be able to wear nice clothes and enjoy dinner out with friends without guilt or talking about their new diet all night because they “can’t eat the bread”.
This is NOT for people who want 6-pack abs or want to compete on stage in a bikini or people who think they have to carry tupperware containers everywhere and BEAST it every day at the gym for an hour or more to get results.
This is also NOT for people who want a “get thin quick” program or just want to get “skinny” at all costs. My clients get lean, fit and really STRONG and powerful, but it takes time and is more permanent.
I created my program by combining a bunch of different ideas from stuff I’ve learned over the years. I keep thinking of Bruce Lee’s quote about absorbing what is useful, discarding what is useless and adding in what is uniquely my own.
